Create affiliate/reward shop system

We require somone that can build a affiliate reward program. We want the layout and concept to be similar to https://gener8ads.com/marketplace
We want to award our staff with weekly/monthly points that they can then use to redeem items. This would also include affiliate rewards (same as the gener8 example).
Basic features will be -
Admin Side:
New staff setup
Weekly/Monthly global reward amount
Shop Listings (able to add and remove products)
Products redeemed - allow us to see items that have been redeemed.
Staff Side:
Login
View Store
Spend reward points
Check orders.
