Create a add to cart system with session for training courses

Hello,
We need an intervention for custom code in an ongoing project.
It's a Wordpress with Woocommerce / WPML. It's an online and physical training site.
The development of the site in Elementor is underway, but we need help with a specific part of the site.
I explain:
We sell trainings courses (woocommerce product page), but each training has several distinct training sessions (date / duration / city / language). You can see in the attachment what I am referring to.
We need to create a system of sessions that will be attached to a training. The idea is that when you click on "register" (s'inscrire) the product (ongoing training page) is added to the cart with the information of the selected session. This information must appear in the cart / order page as well as in the backoffice at the order level.
In addition, the training should be presented in a grid (attachment) with filters by city.
This grid of sessions must also be functional outside a product page, and listing all the sessions of each training (with training filter).
The grid must work with a slider type pagination, or a "see more" button. We want custom code, not a plugin.
We need this functionality quickly.
