Create Website with Analytical Dashboard
Budget: $150 – $200 USD
Dear Freelancers
Looking for a free lancer to develop an Analytical Dashboard web application (Responsive) based on the following dashboard templates. The purpose of this application is to the data analysis which includes monitoring
1. Daily weekly and monthly sales,
2. monitoring Food cost,
3. partners share and profit distribution including expense withdrawal
4. comparison of sales vs food costs,
5. comparison of salary paid vs sales of out lets by month
6. Ranking of best performing outlet by Sales and By profit
All data will be uploaded through excel format on regular basis. (Daily, Weekly or Monthly). Also, we need a provision to enter the data directly to the application.
We have 6 entities and each entities are having no. of outlets as per below table.
1. Restaurant 1 : 6 Outlets
2. Restaurant 2 : 3 Outlets
3. Restaurant 3 : 2 Outlets
4. Restaurant 4 : 1 Outlet
5. Restaurant 5 : 1 Outlet
6. Restaurant 6 : 1 Outlet
The dashboard should be able to show the data on Entity wise, Outlet wise. Also, as far as the Directors profit shares and withdrawal are concerned, they will see only data related to their entity. Attached is excel sheets with formulas we are currently using to track these information.
1. Food Cost.xls: To track the food cost on monthly basis
2. Profit and Loss by Partners.xls: This is the files with profit of each outlet and partners share based on their share in the outlet.
3. Profit Distribution sheet.xls : The summary of partners shares on by month and outlet wise and their withdrawal. Also, liabilities of the company to calculate how much money partners can withdraw.
4. Sale vs Salary.xls: File to evaluate the Salaries against sale by each outlet.
