Create Website for rentApergola.com

I'm looking for someone to create a website for rentApergola.com. The main purpose of the website is to allow customers to book pergola rentals directly. I have some ideas about the design and layout, but I'm open to suggestions. I need the website to have online payment integration, allow clients to schedule rental (based on availability), select add on options, and be able to agree to rental terms. I also need the website to alert a list of installers when "Assembly" is chosen. The Installers need to be able to accept or decline the assembly then be given contact information for the client if accepted. Other features would be nice but are not a deal breaker, such as: issuing payment to Installer once a photo of job completed is provided and approved by management, an affiliate program for vendors or discount code, easy to manage the backend with picture updates and adding products.
