Create Website and Landing page to sell Pergolas

My Budget is $350 (PLEASE BID THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PLAN ON STAYING WITH FOR THE PROJECT... DO NOT BID ONE AMOUNT AND THEN LATER WANT TO ASK FOR A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. I AM LOOKING AT PROVIDERS BASED ON THEIR EXPERIENCE AND THEIR BID.
I would prefer not to do a wordpress site.
Looking for an experienced web developer who can create a website that will show examples of pergolas, will create interest, and encourage people to seek a free quote. There will be a gallery page,, Why Choose Us, Specials (meaning special deals we are doing) Price Range Custom Pergolas Gallery Contact Us. As well as live chat
We will also have a payment portal that will allow people to pay for the job once it's complete.
I also need one of the pages to be created as a landing page for pay per click for google. So that when the page comes up it shows Pergola examples and there is an immediate call to action.
