Create Web Page to Display Results of a ChatGPT Prompt

Hi there! I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help create a web page in order to display the results of a ChatGPT prompt. The page should be formatted for desktop screens and will display text and images content. This web page will be displayed on WordPress. I will need to regenerate the prompt via a button click and print the results to a PDF. We will need a form to gather the necessary info from the visitor. The info gathered needs to be emailed to me and stored in a DB. I also need the Open AI API implemented to deliver the results.
The ideal candidate should have excellent HTML/CSS skills, be very detail-oriented, and have experience with interactive designs. Any applicants should also have experience with WordPress.
