Please check attached video. I need to make a site where user can upload the video and select a part he wants. Then he can make that part moving and rest still photo. Then he can download it as GIF or high-resolution MP4. Users should also be able to add callouts, png/jpeg pics, buttons with hyperlinks, text and resize them. (optional) if possible, you may add some more features like cut, copy, rejoin, delete part of video clip and add background music
