I already have a website (editmyvideo.tk) where users can upload a video and trim it and then download it. I need to make it in such a way that the user can upload the video and select a part he wants. Then he can make that part moving and rest still photo. Then he can download it as GIF or high-resolution MP4. Users should also be able to add callouts, png/jpeg pics, buttons with hyperlinks, text and resize them.

I need full source code and copyright and help in deployment/installation in server. Don't use any paid plugin/API/SDK for the project. Only open source allowed.
