Create Web Accessibility for Blind / Dead on my web site

I'm seeking a skilled developer experienced in web accessibility to make my site accessible for both visually and hearing impaired individuals. The project needs to be completed as soon as possible.
Key Requirements:
- The primary goal of the project is to ensure that my site is fully accessible for users with visual and hearing impairments.
- The ideal candidate should be able to implement features such as screen reader compatibility, transcripts for videos, and adjustable text sizes.
- An understanding of UX/UI design and web development is essential to ensure an optimal user experience for all site visitors.
- Experience with WCAG 2.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are also important, as we will need to discuss specific requirements and ensure the project is completed to a high standard within a short timeframe.
If you have experience in web accessibility and can embed menu on my web site for users to perform different site actions. I am open to development of a plugin or a referal to free based one.
