Create a Web APP for checklist project

We need a web app to manage our "healthcheck it services" to our customers.
It means that we have some checklist which we cover on each customer with some IT KPIs.
This web app needs to show:
1. The checklist with around 50 items and subitems
1.a It item and subitem should has a percentual score (%) to complete 100% when fully filled
2. The customer's folder. So each customer needs to acess only his folder, and each customer can has unlimited jobs being done with these checklists
3. The checklist needs to show the best practice recomendation and the customer current configuration. Just like
- "Windows Update policy" > Best Practice = on each 7 days | Customer current Configuration = None
4. It should print a summary report to: current customer configuration and the report with all needes made after our service is done.
