Create a WEB APP for Accounting tracking and management

Please read the description carefully and bid only if you are able to do the job. You must have already developed this kind of project.
Features:
- Be able to import a list of customers (Company name, email contact + phone) via CSV file.
- Be able to assign to each client: 1 manager (Accountant) + 1 or more employees
- For each customer, we must be able to add and consult the stored accounting documents (by period therefore Quarter 1, 2 .... and years),
- For each client, we must be able to assign tasks to employees by period (quarter and years) with email notification.
- On the tasks we must have a notion of priority and deadlines. Overdue tasks must be highlighter in red for example.
In order to facilitate the work and go faster, we can imagine starting from an open-source solution like https://www.kimai.org
There will be no design to integrate.
