Create a VOD based on MUVI or USCREEN

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a VOD (Video-on-Demand) platform using the MUVI platform or USCREEN (MUVI preferred as its low cost). The project needs to be completed within a week.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating VOD platforms using MUVI
- Strong knowledge of video streaming technologies and protocols
- Ability to customize and personalize the platform according to my requirements
- Experience in integrating payment gateways and user authentication systems
- Knowledge of content management systems and metadata tagging
The VOD will host various types of content, including movies, videos, and other types of content. Therefore, the freelancer should have experience in managing and organizing different types of media content on a VOD platform, just organize and manage content with a wonderful template, create descriptions to catch the future subscribers.
Overall, I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced freelancer who can deliver a fully functional and customized VOD platform using MUVI within a week or maybe 2 weeks.
This is a low cost personal project (no more than 100-300$), as I can not do it because of time, not because of knowledge. So, it can be paid by USDT on BINANCE. However, monthly maintenance and add new videos, or features will be arranged by a monthly fee. (around 100-150$, not fully decided ).
