Create Telegram Bot For Temu Affiliate program -- 2

hi.
(I have already created a new Telegram channel for the Temu website.).

I need a Telegram bot, that posts every day and every 10 minutes in a Telegram channel a new messages.
The bot search for specific category on the Temu website.
The bot Copy Temu Affiliate Link and get notified with a message:

1. The product name In Hebrew (Not too many words).

2. The original price - IL.

3. The discount.

4. Positive feedback percentage %.

5. The product image (1 image).

6. The product video (If it exists).

7. The short Temu Affiliate link.

8. At the beginning of each line, there should be an appropriate emoji.

9. possible to run this on my PC or run it on a remote server.

10. In the application, I want to have access to change product categories.

Skills Required -- It doesn't matter to me, as long as the application works well.
