Create a Telegram Bot

We would like to create a Telegram bot that gives automatically information in a telegram channel about our ICO LAUNCHPAD.
We have used TokenLite Token Sale Management Dashboard - ICO Admin Script for our ICO platform which is made in PHP.
More specifically we would like to get a post about every buy on ICO in real time. So when someone is buying
in our ICO Launchpad bot should post in our Telegram channel something like this:
"Name Token Buy!
Amount: 123 $Name
Confirmed: ?
Method: PayPal
ICO Round progress: +0,4%"
