Create Stripe PHP API

Hi,

I want to create a stripe php api endpoints for the following operations

1. create customers
2. create card info
3. link card to customers
4. link subscription to customers
5. subscription upgrade
6. subscription downgrade
7. cancel subscription
8. Recurring subscription status - like success or declined
9. add new card
10. delete card
11. Link new card to customer

and web hooks for necessary operations for the recurring payment.

it can be in core php or codeigniter v3.

I looking for someone to complete in a day.
