I need an experienced WordPress plugin developer who can build a small plugin that can help users to take notes when users play any video. The Note taker should be visible below video player and on click it expands and users can type anything, edit, save, italicized, bold, underlined, bullet and download as text. It would be good if the note pad can easily capture the video timestamp when user taking notes. Users can change notepad color like yellow, green etc.
Should run in any WordPress site.
