Create A Searchable Map on our website, with uploadable CSV for the addresses

We need a searchable map on our website. One that if a customer searches their zipcode it will pull up addresses from our directory within a certain number of miles. The directory must be easy to update with a csv file on some backend. Our website uses the platform Volusion and we need a map that can support up to 50,000 locations.
