Create Scraper app (or wordpress plugin) that downloads public (no copyright) videos from site and uploads to my youtube account.
Budget: $75 – $125 USD
I need a scraper (it can be a python script to run on my computer, or it can be a wordpress plugin, whichever you prefer) that will monitor this page: (i need to specify the url in the event the URL changes)

and download all videos to my computer (mac) in a specified folder, and upload all videos to my youtube account. app should scan for new videos added every hour.
1.the app must set the video title to "Jan 6 Capitol Videos + *TITLE OF FILE DOWNLOADED*"
2. The app must set the video to NOT MADE FOR KIDS in youtube.
The app must write to a text log file storing files downloaded, and any errors downloading, or uploading.
