Create RFID Staff Log In and Log Out System

Hello,

We require someone who can create us an easy to use log in and log out system for our staff using RFID cards:

We will need an admin area where we can add new staff this can be saved localy or cloud. At this point we should be able to set a new card using an rfid reader.

then when staff enter the building or leave it should record the times they enter and leave (a simple clocking in and out system).
