Create Private CMS to integrate in WordPress website

Hello ,
Need to create a content management system for a website similar to https://v1ce.co/ structure.
The project will be divided into 3 main sections:
1. Admin CMS
2. WordPress website
3. Front End Customer CMS
Brief:
The buyer would have the possibility to choose an NFC business card to buy and customize . Once purchased he client will receive the receipt including a link to customize his card.
Once the customized email is received to the web admin should create the user account on the CMS to begin the process
All above steps are already built on a wordpress template based website using Woocommerce and a private money gateway.
The required job development will begin when the user submit his form from the website
