Create Plugin for Mautic Server That will allow to change the UI and simplify navigation

Currently we don't use a lot of the options and settings in Mautic so we would like to simplify the navigation menu and add modern navigation feedback and effects to reflect our style of our company. There is a discussion in this forum that explains how that is achieved. We are ok with the changes not being permanent after an update, this UI update will most likely be ongoing and will change again. We need this urgently done before end of next week. Please message me.
