Create Paypal Button -- 2

I'm looking for a paypal expert to create a paypal button for a subscription service using enhanced recurring payments. I'm located in Australia so paypal Australia rules apply. I am offering a subscription service and need people to be able to check out as guests using a credit card or using their paypal account. I have already built a subscription button but people could not check out as guests. I know I need to use enhanced recurring payments but the paypal documentation in relation to this is contradictory and paypal Australia is not providing the necessary answers. I need the code in order to integrate the paypal button with my website. I may also have other questions so please only apply if you are a paypal payments/checkout expert.
