Create PHP routine to populate MongoDb data-mart from Mysql

Me: I am a retired coder currently working on an idea for a dating website initially targeting Asian Markets.
Task: I need a routine written in PHP which will extract data from a Mysql database and write it to a datamart/warehouse to allow quick access to a users dating matches.
Deliverables: A single php file containing a class/method to perform the datamart extraction.
I will provide: The php file which will contain a class and method for doing the extraction. I can also provide a customized CSV framework for calling the method, but you can use whatever process you prefer for developing the code.
The ideal candidate: You should be expert level in PHP accessing Mysql and MongoDb databases. You should also be expert in the design, creation and aggregation of data into a data warehouse/mart.
Timeframe: Flexible.
Example of what the data looks like:
The Mysql database holds users primary data and their dating match requirements.
User Jim personal data: Gender: Male, Year Born: 2000, Nationality: US ... etc
User Jim match data: Gender_match: Female, age_min_match: 20, age_max_match: 30, Nationality: Thailand ... etc
Pre-task: Please provide a little written description of how you would design the datamart and what some of the considerations are for ensuring fast response times, so that I can see you understand the requirements for structuring a data-mart for a dating application.
