Create a PHP application that fetches video files from S3 bucket an uploads to Bunny.net stream

We have a client who needs to move all of their video files from an S3 bucket to Bunny.net streams. We need a PHP application developed that will read a CSV file (or similar input) of existing S3 bucket URLs, then use the Bunny.net Fetch Video API here https://docs.bunny.net/reference/video_fetchnewvideo to upload and encode the videos. You will need to include as part of the configuration the saving of their Bunny.net stream settings so they do not need to input each time.
