Create a PHP File to Scan Text From Image

Hi,
I need a simple PHP code to read any specific text from any images.
Example:
1. Image upload or image URL field.
2. Specific text want to read field.
3. An the image and text field needs to store in DB.
Files Should Be Like:
index.php
results.php
folder_of_images/
Now I have an image file or image URL, and I want to detect the "I love you" text from the image, and then when the image will be uploaded and the following text match from the image, then show a "Success" message if-else, then show "Error Message".
That's what I need.
