Create Native WordPress Theme / Block-Based Theme Based on Provided HTML Style Samples -- 2

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a custom native WordPress theme based on the HTML page style samples I will provide.

The theme should be developed using native WordPress PHP theme/plugin files and React-based JavaScript files for custom Gutenberg blocks. It should use core WordPress functionality only and work fully on a standard WordPress installation without requiring any additional plugins.

The project includes creating a theme that supports various HTML elements and WordPress editor/block functionality such as:
