Create/Modify a WooCommerce Chatbot with OpenAI API Functions
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking a talented developer to create a chatbot plugin that connects with WooCommerce and OpenAI GPT3 API. The chatbot will be used to answer customer inquiries and recommend products based on their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement a chatbot interface for customers to interact with
- Use the OpenAI GPT3 API to process customer inquiries and generate responses
- Retrieve product information from the WooCommerce API
- Select the best product for the customer based on their needs and the available products
- Present the final answer to the client
Display the recommended product to the customer through the chatbot interface
Requirements:
- Strong experience with PHP and WordPress plugin development
- Familiarity with WooCommerce and the WooCommerce API
- Experience with using and integrating with APIs, such as the OpenAI GPT3 API
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Also we will need some type of Backend to control the plugin activations, see who paid, disable, send updates, etc.
Notes:
Currently we have access to a Plugin that already does a similar job, so instead of writing from zero, you could use to add OpenAI API to interact with it and use it as base.
This is a remote position and the developer will be expected to work independently. If you are a skilled developer with experience in chatbot and API integration, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
