Create Link that Auto Applies Promo Code

I'm an affiliate for a company that has provided me with an affiliate code instead of an affiliate link.

I'd like to create a link that will auto apply my promo code to a specific box so I can get credit for the sale even through running ads.

Is this possible or does it depend on the website? More info available upon request.
