Create Laravel Provisioning Module in WHMCS

Description:
I need a WHMCS hook that can create two objects in a laravel installation based on two events in WHMCS

This module should have two functions:
- Create user and team laravel objects on service create action in whmcs
- Mark user and team record as suspended in Laravel on product suspension.

Verification:
- User is created with the same email as WHMCS and a randomly generated password
- On suspension action, the service is marked suspended in WHMCS, and the team object and user object in laravel have their state set to suspended.
