Create Interactive SaaS Product Tours (Arcade.software Expert)

Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer who is experienced with Arcade.software to create high-quality, interactive product tours for our SaaS platform.

You will be responsible for taking our product flows and turning them into clean, engaging, step-by-step tours that clearly demonstrate value to new users.

What We Need:
Build interactive product tours using our Arcade subscription
Capture workflows from our SaaS platform (we will provide access + direction)
Add clean annotations, tooltips, and guided steps
Ensure tours are simple, intuitive, and conversion-focused (not cluttered)

Initial Scope:
Create 2 product tours to start

If the quality is strong, this will turn into ongoing work (a few tours per month).

Ideal Candidate:
Has hands-on experience with Arcade.software (required)
Strong eye for UX and clean presentation
Understands SaaS onboarding / user flows
Can take direction but also suggest improvements
Fast turnaround and good communication
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience with SaaS onboarding, product marketing, or CRO
Ability to suggest better flows or restructure tours for clarity
