Create a Facebook and Instagram share page

I have some images that I want to display on a webpage. Under the images on that page I would like a share button to Facebook and Instagram so our members can easily share the artwork I've created to their own FB/IG.

Preferably with text and hashtags I have written already, if possible. Some images are meant for posts, some for storiies - possible?
