Create Emails Using Twilio

I would like to have Twilio send emails to my customers based on orders by using an API.
The email would send 7 days after the customer made a purchase and would include all of the items that they had ordered along with the link to leave a review on that item.
We use Lightspeed as our POS and ECOM system.
