Create Custom Hosting

I am looking for someone to create a fully functioning custom web hosting website (frontend and backend). I will need you to create the entire website that is fully functioning, set up WHMCS, SolusVM, Master and Mini Slaves, integrate reseller products (Domains, Transfer Domains, Dedicated Servers, Certificates, etc.), cloud hosting, VPS, email hosting, top cliental security, api licenses, etc.. This project is for experienced freelancers only who have built multiple hosting companies and knows everything about hosting. Picture attached is my previous design of this website.
