i need someone who can create me a custom CRM that i can add members too and sell the use of the crm to them for a monthly price

the person chosen will need to be able to tell me what licences i need to purchase/get
what products i need the site of hosting/storage/etc for this type of project
im aware i may need to connect sites for phone numbers/minutes but i need for the chosen freelancer to know the options and help me choose the best one i want email marketing done inside of the crm i want it al done inside the crm and for users to have one page to view things and be able to add team members for free or a price - call tracking etc like ringba
review both sites and attachments and once you do in your bid tell me your exact price
any questions you may have and use the phraseword "can do crm" so i know you read and understand what i need and most importantly the price you bid is close to what you will charge me to do the job i also need to know the time frame i dont have a specific time frame or budget i just need prices and i need it done right in a timeframe thts comfortable for you to do the job
this is also a long term job as i will need the person who creates the crm to stay on for any bug fixes problems etc but in your initial price i will need you to calculate you staying on for _____ length of time after launch for fixes or porblems going live then we can discuss a different price per month for staying on as webmaster
