Create a CRM app

We are looking for a talented developer who can create a web-based CRM platform MVP using open source software and host it on the Azure cloud. I have a detailed list of features that needs implementing. Additionally I'm looking for a mix of custom and template design elements, allowing me some flexibility in creating a unique site. The platform should also be able to generate unique QR codes . The web developer should be experienced in developing web apps that can be scaled with an emphasis on customer experience and design.
