Create CACTI TCP Connection Quantity Graph for KEMP Load Balancer

Hi,
I would like to hire a freelancer that can create a graph using my existing CACTI to record number of connection per seconds on port 443 for Virtual Services.

But the above link only able to product cacti graph in bits/seconds. My requirement is number of total connection per second for specific virtual service Vs Time . Or specific port connection Vs Time.
Cacti environment is on Centos Server.
