Creat email verification tool

I send allot of marketing emails and don't want a bad reputation by sending to emails that no longer exist. I see there are many email verification tools on the internet like https://debounce.io/ however you have to pay every time to verify emails.

I want someone to create a tool for me so I can upload bulk email list via notepad or excel and have the tool automatically remove any emails that will bounce or no longer exist and then allow me to download the list so I can use it without all the emails that no longer exist.
