Court Case Downloader

We need someone to write a script/program/web page to download cases from our local court system using a REST style interface. the data format can be downloaded in either XML or JSON.

There would need to be the ability to filter by multiple variables such as case type. The data set then would need to be exportable to CSV or EXCEL.
