For small ecommcerce in opencart framework... Want integreate courier api. After integrate only this 3 point want complete.
1. Admin can print courier label just click 1 or 2 time.
2. After book order if any customer want track order can se shipment status like pickup, intransit, out for delivery, delivered or cancel.
3. After book any order if customer want cancel they can cancel but it will work only before shipping. Once status changed shipped customer can not cancel. In this if if click there will be visible text... After shipped order cannot be cancel.
4. After book order if customer want return products they can click return and submit.... This features already given in websites, u just need manage it with button.
