Courier Website Development

We are after a website to be developed for our Courier business.
The website must have the following key functions:
* Customer Booking workflow (Google maps must be utilised for address lookups)
* Customer Dashboard
* Driver assignment & booking updates workflow
* Driver Dashboard
* Admin workflow (CMS / Website content updates)
* Admin workflow (managing Customer and Driver Accounts, Booking management etc)
* Booking tracking

Website must be developed using open source programming languages only such as php, html/css, javascript etc.
>There must be *no* reliance on proprietary languages such as asp.net

Must be scripted to be deployed on an open source platform such as Ubuntu.
>There must be *no* reliance on licensing platforms such as Windows

Must have the ability to be deployed on a shared hosting platform.
>There must *not* be a requirement to deploy on a VPS or a Server

Website must be responsive on various Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet screens.
