Courier App with Route Planning

I’m ready to move fast on a complete mobile solution for our courier and transport operation. The project covers native apps for both iOS and Android, plus a lightweight web-based admin console if you feel it speeds up fleet oversight.
Core business priority
Route planning must be rock-solid—optimising multi-drop runs, factoring traffic, driver hours and vehicle capacities in real time. Everything else builds on that foundation.
Additional functions we rely on
• Electronic Proof of Delivery (signature, photo, GPS stamp)
• Live delivery tracking for customers and dispatchers
• Push/SMS/email notifications at key milestones
• Fleet management tools (vehicle status, driver assignment, maintenance logs)
• Third-party integrations (telematics, accounting, mapping APIs, Zapier or similar)
• Pre-trip vehicle checklists with fail/alert flow
• Reports & analytics—service levels, utilisation, on-time performance
• Flexible rate cards handled in the back-end and surfaced to the driver app
What I expect to receive
1. Dual-platform mobile apps, ready for App Store & Google Play submission
2. Admin portal (web or mobile) with user/role management
3. Source code, build instructions, and basic test scripts (possible ongoing support)
4. A quick start guide for our dispatch team
