Coupon / Marketing Tab Missing on Woocommerce

Wordpress panel is missing the Woocomerce Marketing / Coupon tab. I can manually access the coupon section by typing in wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_coupon

Please tell me your favorite food to apply if you can fix this issue right away.
