Cost estimation for development of website
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am looking for someone with the technical expertise to provide an estimate for the development and maintenance of a website with specific functions. This estimation is to be used as an attachment for a project I am seeking funding for.
Background:
The purpose of this website is to provide information about civil society in Sweden, as there is currently no list or method of tracking news and activities from associations across the country. The website should be equipped with a search function that allows users to filter information by association, type of association, municipality, region and theme.
The website should also enable users to receive newsletters based on their set filters. The data for the website will be manually uploaded by an employee. Tools to monitor changes in the associations monitored should be implemented, as well as monitoring of social media posts and governmental instances.
A workflow should be in place to allow the easy upload of data to the website and the newsletter. This should be automated as much as possible, however manual work may be required.
We are expecting to monitor between 5,000 - 10,000 associations, with an estimated 200 - 300 entries per day.
I need to know what kind of expertise is required to develop this website, and the cost of maintaining it on a yearly basis. I need an estimate to make a serious proposal.
