Corregir errores en creación de categorías en tienda virtual Prestashop y carro de compras

Our Prestashop store has 2 errors that we want to correct.
1 - Sometimes when customers are buying, they add the product to the shopping cart and when they go to step No. 2 of the purchase where they must add their address and shipping information, the shopping cart is automatically emptied and that causes customers do not continue with the purchase process.
2 - Does not allow modifying product categories or creating new categories. In doing so, the tent falls down.
We need to correct both problems.
