I need a comprehensive job portal with mobile application development, aiming to seamlessly connect job seekers and employers through an easy-to-navigate, corporate-styled interface. This platform should serve as a one-stop hub for posting vacancies, applying for jobs, and managing applications. Here's what I'm looking for:
**Core Objectives:**
- Create robust connections between employers and job seekers.
- Integrate mobile application support for iOS and Android devices while maintaining desktop access.
- Enable fast application, approval, attendance tracking, and payment system.
**Key Features:**
- User profiles for both job seekers and employers.
- Secure job listing and application submission processes.
Modules:
1. Recruitment: Allow job seeker/employee to input personal details and upload files, which will be auto-consolidated into company database for HR access
2. E-wallet: Company able to place money in holding account for payroll usage. Each employee on the portal will have an individual e-wallet that will receive money from the Company's holding account upon approval.
3. Attendance/Timesheet: Employee self check-in on mobile app with unique markers (e.g. live location capture, scanning unique generated QR code, face recognition). The time checked in will be auto-captured and fit to the employee's schedule with discrepancies removed (e.g. rostered for 8AM - 5PM (8h+1h break), staff checks in at 7:45AM and checks out at 4.30PM. Timesheet will reflect exact time but will calculate working hours as 8AM-4.30PM = 8.5-1=7H work)
4. Staff management: Company able to create and assign to each employee: 1. Role 2. Scheduled timing 3. Rate of pay
5. Job/Position listing: Company is able to create job openings and approve job seekers who have applied for the position.
**Required Skills for Freelancers:**
- Extensive experience in full-stack development.
- Mobile development proficiency for both iOS and Android.
- Prior work on job portal platforms is a plus.
- A keen eye for corporate-styled UI/UX design.
Ideally, the person joining our team will have a portfolio demonstrating similar projects and positive feedback from clients. The ability to communicate clearly and deliver on deadlines is crucial.
