I'm seeking a talented developer to create a bespoke, corporate-themed interface for my Jira installation. My company operates in healthcare, we work with multiple clients and partners to manage tickets, store documentation, and case management. HIPAA/Security compliant.
Key Requirements:
- **Task Management**: The interface must allow for the efficient and intuitive management of tasks.
- **Custom Fields**: I need the programmer to implement custom fields to tailor the interface to our specific needs.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: The project demands advanced dashboards with custom metrics and filters in the reporting and analytics feature. This should enable in-depth data analysis tailored to our workflow requirements.
- **Custom Workflows**: the ability for task status to trigger different workflows and processes
-**Import/Export Data**: ability to create tickets based on imported data (sent FTP or manually) and send otubound updates through export .csv
-**CRM**: customer relationship management tools to log communication, keep notes, maintain history.
