Core PHP Recharge Platform Development

I'm looking for an experienced Core PHP developer to build a Recharge Buy/Sell Platform. Users should be able to buy/sell recharge stock via API.

Key Requirements:
- Admin Panel + User Portal
- All processes (Recharge, Stock Transfer, Wallet Updates) via API integration

Essential Features:
- User Authentication: Email and Password
- Recharge Options: Mobile and DTH
- User Portal Features: Transaction History, Notification System

Ideal Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP & MySQL
- Experience in API-based projects
- Clean, secure & responsive UI (Bootstrap)
- Must deliver within 2–4 weeks
