Core PHP 7.X Developer to fix minor bugs

I have a custom small software which needs to be fixed.
Currently the code is written in PHP 7 (Core php) with javascript
We have do some minor bug fixes such as remove javascript validation from the script, and add timestamps to the input feilds and finally when exporting data, the timestamp to be visble
You must know the following technology to solve this issue:
PHP 7, MySQL, Javascript, CSV exporting methods
The task has to be done via anydesk (remote), so u must write "YES I WILL WORK REMOTE" to be considered in this assigment.
