Copy website to new server and set up Vesta cpanel

Set up new server with Vesta copied (all settings) from old php site (5.4 I think) onto the new php site(7.4 I think).
Current set up is front end (7.4) on separate small server. Back end (5.4) and database on big server.
Set up new dedicated server with existing front-end php7.4 and database together.
Set up Vesta cpanel with copied setting from old server.
And setup old php5.5 back-end on a small VPS.
