Copy website from /cpanel and config in destination

I have a website with login, password, captcha and automatic email for password recovery and captcha.

Need a copy from a /cpanel enviroment to new domain in same server to a different /cpanel

Need you to copy code and database and set new domain wich is new and empty at this time.
